Where do you ship to?
We currently offer shipping to Canada, USA, and UK. Shipping rates apply according to country and region.
Do you offer Free Shipping in Canada?
Yes, we offer free shipping in Canada on orders over $100 (before tax price).
Do you have any special shipping rates for Canada?
Yes. In Ontario- we offer standard shipping at a flat rate fee of $9.99. That's a $3 savings on standard shipping orders.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes we offer express shipping rate in Canada and the USA. Please select at checkout. Price of express shipping is location dependent.
How do you pack your products when shipping?
To ensure safe road and air travel, we pack our products in 6x6 or 8x8 corrugated cardboard boxes with packing paper and crinkle paper. All of our products are bubble wrapped individually due to our sustainable glass packaging. We do everything we can to ensure our product reaches you in the best condition.
What is your return policy if products are damaged during shipping?

How natural are your products?
We formulated our brand and products with nature in mind. We use only nature-based ingredients like plant oils, plants extracts, mineral clays, and organic beeswax. All of our products are chemical free, preservative free, additive free, and filler free.
Shelf life of products?
For all of our oils and moisturizers- 6 months after opening. For all of our clay mask powders- 12 months after opening.
Best practices for keeping products?
Store in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. Be sure when taking product out you are using clean hands or a clean spoon to minimize chances of contamination. Do not keep in the car.
What is Patch-Testing?
We recommend that before you use any of our products, you patch-test to ensure it works with your body. To do a patch test, apply a small amount of product on the back of your hand and monitor it for 12-24 hours. If there is no reaction, you are good to use on your face. Do you offer your products for wholesale?

How do I make the mask?
Mix 1 tsp of the mask powder with 1 tsp of liquid. Options for liquid include: Distilled water, Rose water, Milk, Yogurt, Aloe Ver gel.
What is the best mask for sensitive skin?

What if my skin is really dry, does the clay mask dry it out more?
If you have dry skin, keep the mask on for 5-7 minutes and wash off. The clays we use are pure mineral clays they are meant to bind to toxins, tighten pores, and treat skin. If you have dry skin, moisturize face after use.
What's the most effective method to oil cleanse?
Dab a little water on face, then rub in 3 drops into face. Wipe off with wet face towel.
What if I have Oily Skin, is this product good?
This product is great for oily skin. It actually balances your skin's natural oil production.
